Although I use MacOS 9 on one of my machines, I haven't tried using
Multiple Users.  I suspect, however, that in order to work in the manner
you describe, VNC would have to be a Faceless Background Application (a bit
like a Service under Windows) to survive a logout.  While this is probably
possible, and may even be quite easy, it's not on my priority list at
present.

Higher on my priority list are essential things like, for example, getting
my degree, fixing stability bugs, and getting in features that *everyone*
wants, not just a few.  Unfortunately I don't have an unlimited amount of
time, nice as that would be.
