Hi Joey,
did you modify your "vncserver"-script or your "$HOME/.vnc/xstartup"-script? If
you modify only "vncserver" you will have to remove "$HOME/.vnc/xstartup".
"vncserver" will then create a new one containing the modifications made there.
If you modify only "$HOME/.vnc/xstartup" nobody else will profit of the
modification.

I am sorry I am new to VNC and this has probably been asked a hundred times,
but when i connect to vncserver from windows to Solaris I only get an xterm.
