OK, here is the log when I connect to from the iPAQ Terminal Server client
from the Win2K terminal server to a WinNT 4 machine with VNC server running.

That is it.  The VNC client shows "Connection Closed."  Again, this
procedure works fine with a PC doing the same thing.
