Hello Brandon,

look at your vncserver-script and change the $defaultXStartup-entry 
to:
$defaultXStartup
    = ("#!/bin/sh\n\n".
       "/usr/dt/bin/Xsession &\n");

And you will get your CDE-desktop - you must login with telnet 
before and start the vncserver.
