I am using VNC to maintain several hundred windows computers which use IBM's
Client Access for AS/400
Problem is, after connecting to these computers, the numeric keypad doesn't
work. It acts as if the num lock is always off, so they get arrow keys
instead of numbers. The problem remains until the computer is rebooted.
Remapping the keyboard so that base and shifted number keys are the same
helps with that problem, but presents a new one, where when I hit 'home', it
enters a 7.

This must have something to do with keyboard hooks, as both programs seem to
use them. I would really like to get this working, because our computers
are in many buildings, and VNC could really help in administering them. I
have downloaded the source code, and I have MS Visual C++ to compile it,
but I'm no programming expert, so I cant find a way around this problem.

Thank you,
Dean
