I recently installed VNC on our Linux server and I'm attaching to it from a
Windows 2000 client. When I attach to the Linux server I get a terminal type
interface. When I try to start XWindows from the Windows 2000 client I get
the following message:
kpanel: ok, commencing initialization.....
And nothing happens after this message.
Is this the proper way to get the XWindows desktop from within the VNC
session from Windows 2000?
