Hi there Richard,

I don't know a registry key to do that, but i use this metod.
Connect to the machine in question, and configure it has i want it,
then i save the session ( from the tridia viewer ), it will save a
.vnc file, which is realy a text file with the configuration used
on the session ( vnc server, used port, compression etc ).

Then you just have to click on the file and it will lauch the vnc
viewer into the given machine, using the previous configuration.

PS 1: you might ( like me ) have to associate the .vnc file
with the vncviewer.exe, the action is "OPEN"
         and the text is "path\..\vncviewer.exe" /config "%1"

PS 2: My plan is to have has many of this files has required on
some directory and click on a file to connect to a machine.

Stay well, you and everybody !!
Miguel

Subject: Registry setting to make zlib(raw) the default for the TridiaVNC
viewer

Hi,
Is there a registry setting for the TridiaVNC viewer to make the zlib(raw)
compression the default?

Cheers
Richard.
