I have the latest release of the VNC server installed. It was working quite
well until I installed a new firewall, Zone Alarm Pro. Now when I log into
VNC, my machine reboots. It produces a kernel crash dump, but I have no idea
how to analyze one of them. I am fairly certain however that the problem is
a conflict between Zone Alarm Pro and VNC as disabling Zone Alarm prevents
the problem. It appears to be a timing issue as when I restart the VNC
service everything is fine from then on. I read a few problems like this a
while back and someone said to make VNC dependant on the Zone Alarm service
(TrueVector Internet Monitor) to cause it to start after the Zone Alarm
service has started. This however only works sometimes. If anyone has any
ideas as to how to fix this or how to analyze a Windows 2000 crash dump
please let me know. TIA

P.S. A quick run-down of software:
Windows 2000 SP1
Zone Alarm Pro 1.0.64 (Most recent version)
TrueVector Service 2.4.64 (Most recent version)
VNC 3.3.3r7 (Official from AT&T)
