DHCP can be so configured so that DNS is notified and you can connect using
the machine name rather than the dynamically assigned dotted decimal address.
Unfortunately, firewalls do not generally propogate dns information outside.
If you can configure a domain name server that has access to the DNS inside
the firewall, then you can use the machine name.

Subject: Conection to client machine with VNC
Message text:
Hello,
I would like to have access a computer with VNC that is underneath of one
proxy, or either, through the IP of the computer with proxy server I obtain
to connect, however some computer that is connected the Internet through the
connection of this proxy I do not know how to make to have access it,
therefore when vnc is waiting that some connects it, it supplies the IP that
server DHCP supplied to it, that he is the only one that it makes use for
connection.
Marcio
