I'm sorry, but how lazy are you? If you'd spent 20 seconds looking at
the website you'd have found it for your self. Anyhow look at
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/download.html
And select the radio button for "Windows sources" or the sources for
which ever platform you are interested in.
