I am looking at deploying VNC enterprise-wide, and have
a question on shutting down VNC.

The current configuration has AllowProperties and
AllowShutdown set to 0, so that users can't change settings
or shut down the software. However, it would be nice to
be able to shut down the program. I can do this on NT
machines with "winvnc -kill". This doesn't seem to work
on Windows 9x PCs. I also tried "winvnc -remove" and that
didn't work either. One other note... WinVNC is running
as a service.

Also, one quick question... is the password entry in the
registry encrypted, or is it just a hex representation of
the password?
