Hi Harry, A VNC server cannot control a workstation (if by workstation you mean computer with a VNC viewer installed).
But it can establish a reverse connection to a "listening" VNC viewer. There are no specific settings to change. You will need to open port 5800 on the viewer side. To start RealVNC viewer in "listening" mode you need to run it from a command line using the following command: vncviewer.exe -listen On the server side you will need to open server's tray menu and select the Add New Client command.
