Whole setup is working fine.
Good to hear such messages :-)

I would like know whether this xnvc x server(version 4.0) has any hardware
acceleration support. Say, can I specify that the x server of xvnc should use
nvidia graphics driver for rendering? If so, where and how do I specify that?
In standard X server, I generally put that in /etc/X11/xorg.conf. What is the
corresponding configuration file here? Is there any documentation available
for this?
As far as I know, this xvnc process is a software only X11 server. It is not intended to be connected to any hardware hence I don not expect any hardware acceleration.

If you fancy X11 with vnc and hardware acceleration, start at the hardware-accelerated X11 server. As far as I know, most current X11 hardware accelerated servers do come with an vnc-module. See the documentation of your X11 server and/or Linux distribution for details.

Be noted, hardware accelerated X11 servers are hooked to the hardware at the console of the server, they can never be accelerated by hardware at the desktop.
