Thanks for your message, Mike. It is Linux, and I also had this before, but don't remember exactly how I fixed it. I did try killing it this time and that didn't work. The interesting thing is, that it's a :0 session, which means it's an exact working session of my Linux machine's screen with a dual monitor width. I can use a :2 or any other session, and I don't need to move my mouse to refresh.

I think maybe I had to kill the session and start over. This reminds me of a problem I was having with a conflict of SSH port forwarding: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/vnc/list/51451 I think maybe that was a cause of the weirdness we are now discussing. I know it was happening for someone using :12, and thus 6012.
