You can't. The free version does not support user switching or RDP. You
must either purchase the Personal or Enterprise editions of RealVNC, or
use the free edition of UltraVNC. But, because you are using XP Pro, I
suggest you forgo VNC and use RDP instead.

How to set up so that VNC Service will keep up & run eventhough I log
off and switch user
