Paresh, Please refer to the documentation for details on configuring the Xvnc VNC Server for Unix, in particular the "-depth" option, which controls the colour depth of the root window of the X desktop. E.g:
vncserver -depth 24 Will create a true-colour 32 bits-per-pixel, depth 24 desktop, with 8 bits for each of the red, green and blue colour components.
