I'd say your going to need him to do an IP config and get all IP's from the
command prompt or if he has a router have him pull up his router setup page
and there's either a status page or something similiar that shows the IP from
Verizon.

http://www.whatismyip.com or similar is your friend. That will show the >
external IP of your router. Have your father pull up that website and tell >
