Seems like I'm not the only one who doesn't really understand
what you mean......

     You have to remember/know one thing about VNC in XP:
VNC is just reproducing what is shown on the screen.  Think of this:
if your team members come in front of your computer and see something,
they're able to see the same thing in VNC viewer.  What they can't see
on your screen, they can't in VNC viewer.
