a) setup your stations and D-Link with STATIC Internal IPs so you know which station is which for your portforwarding
b) visit www.portforward.com to find the specific steps to get your two firewalls to forward the ports to the stations

Im also a little uncertain about having 2 DHCP servers on my network. The first being a Voyager 205 modem which connects to my ADSL and the second a D-LINK 625 router which has wireless capabilities needed to connect one of my computers on the network. I remember having problems if I turn one off acting as a DHCP as the router of the modem wouldnt work. With this setup is it ok to have them both acting as DHCP or will that cause problems for RealVNC. The modem seems to asign my modem with a basic internal IP and then the router assigns my computers on the network the internal IP's Ive requested of it ie 192.168.0.150 ...151...152. I seem to have to reflect a port forwarding on both my modem and router so if the modem port forwarded the request for say port 48620 to internal port 48620 on IP 192.168.0.151 (which is the PC I want to connect to acting as a basic server) I would also need to reflect this on my router aswel. Modem referes to this as NAT table and the router referes to it as vurtal server. I take it these are the same (port forwarding)? I can successfully use Windows RDC, VPN, and RealVNC internally so I know it is setup right. I just need to understand why I cant communicate with my PC over the internet from my g/f's PC at her place. Everything I try comes up as unable to connect. I can ping my IP address from her PC but connecting is a different story. Can anyone give me a clue as to how I go about getting this to work.
