You only need to start the installation of the new version. Since you
have not installed 4.1.2, it cannot be a re-install. If you donnot
uninstall 4.1.1, I bet all settings will be re-used. Only if you use an
other location to install 4..1.2, you might need to update some paths or
such but that's all.
