Aww come on, we aren't kids anymore, are we? (^0^)// Anyway the password could be defined through the VNC Server console/GUI (exactly like the login password). When entered instead of the login password, it will restart the machine; completely unlinked to the OS administrator account. I'm sure it's not that hard to add one more field and some reboot code(?)...
