    Well, it is as it has written: event log is full :)

    Open "Administrative Tools" (ie, control panel > administrative
tools), then "Event Viewer".  VNC writes to Application log. 
Right-click on Application on the left pane and choose "Clear all
events".  Normally, that should do it.
