I have not installed Xvnc on Linux so I don't know what the binary should be
run as.  However, the error you mention is about /usr/local/bin/Xvnc
not /usr/bin/Xvnc.

So, if Xvnc does not exist in /usr/local/bin/ you may have to create a symlink
to /usr/bin/Xvnc.
