IBM has provided an install method for the Lotus Notes client that does a
temp install on a public machine from a USB thumb drive and removes itself
and all traces of the client from the machine when the client is shut down.
It writes to a temp area of the Windows registry that is usually not write
protected to make it all work.

Could something similar be done for the realVNC client as well?
