If you only connect from 192.168.1.105 and you know in advance the IP address
of the server then you can start VNC as a service, untick "user to confirm
connection" on the Connection tab of the server and perhaps restrict the
addresses that can connect to server by entering only 192.168.1.105 on the
allowed addresses field.
