VNC server logs to the system event logs, so you'll need to go Control
Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer.  I think it then logs to the
Application Log, but I don't use the server on this system so I can't be
sure.  You should see connection events ther - I'm not sure how much
other information about the connection is logged though.
