Turns out there is no return route for this person, so back to the list.

The more info the better but try to be consise. Useful info. Platform: windows (2000 xp sp?), Linux (fedora, Ubuntu, debian kernel version), Mac Network: local, internet (single firewall), tunneling VNC: version (server and client) and if you are running realVNC which type personal or enterprise Connection: ip address or by name Also does anyone else have access two the machines? Could someone else be trying to connect to the machines at the same time as you. Your network equipment and architecture could also be causing some of the problems. A network sniffer running while you are having these problems could also shed some light on the problem. Switches with a bad port that only shows bad sometimes is a difficult problem to solve. If you have managed switches you could check the stats on a port basis. On 7/20/06, Huggins, Jackie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Can someone please help with this problem? We have over 200 machines running on a domain. Most of the time VNC works but then from no where several machines stop working preventing us from access them. I mean we can access them and next time we can't. These are the two messages we get "Failed to connected to server" and " Your connection has been rejected". Can telnet, C$, and MMC into them. The services are running. We just can't get into them. I have look over the internet for a fix but no luck.
