Does this mean that the VNC client will cache more data than is displayed on 
screen for purpose of improved scrolling speed?  If so, I've two further 
questions:

1. Since when (version) has this feature been supported?

2. What are the prerequisites on the server side? In particular, is this
  feature supported with X11 desktops?
