Jaroslaw, This has also been discussed ad infinitum here. What I do is use 'Reply to All" instead of 'Reply' and delete the poster's email addy...that's much faster.

Is it possible to change the configuration of the mail server serving the list to include "Reply-To:" header with a list address? This is a common practice on almost all mailing lists - it ensures that a reply automatically goes to the list address, and not to the original poster only.
