You can use the same port for VNC server on both computers. If you have, for example, forwarded ports so: external_IP/5900 -> machine1/5900 external_IP/5901 -> machine2/5900 then you have to use "external_IP:0" in the viewer to connect to machine 1 and "external_IP:1" to connect to machine 2.
