Hi! Wez
Ken Okubo writes
After your advice, I have contacted ftServer support to show
the normal status of device drivers in ftServer.
they have installed same version of ftSSS and Windows on
their testing machine,
and found that the property of device driver of our machine
and thire's are not same.
There must be something wrong on device driver of our ftServer!
However, I have not got the permission of rebooting the server
from server owner yet.
Moreover, I am quitting the present job at the end of this month.
So I will not be able to tell you the result as I have promised.
Let me say thank you and bye bye.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I have accessed Microsoft TechNet web regarding stop error 0xc000021a and
already checked GINA file on registry.
There is no entry in registry (i.e.GINA file is default).
When you mentioned about SP4, I noticed that in our organization, we use .BAT
file to install MS Security Patches.
As default, this .BAT reinstall all KB*******.exe from the beginning.
It may be possible that the Hotfix replace the file of SP4.
I will also check the display & NIC driver and report all of you the result.
