The first thing to get working is acessing it via the internal LAN. Your firewall rules seem correct so I am guessing once it works internally you will be able to access it from home just fine.
First thing to check for are software firewalls. Some anti-virus suites also include port blocking behind the sceenes. Try disabling all firewall and anti-virus software and connecting from an internal box.
