B-Rock:

Heya. First things first: you should test to see if you got
the port-forwarding on your router correct. On your VNC Server PC,
open a webpage to www.GoToMyVNC.com and run the scan there. If it
can't "see" your VNC Service, then you've still got some work to do...

One users account of getting it to all work can be found here:

cheers,
Scott

I have read through a lot of posts trying to fix my problem, and
nothing seems to work. I have a set up like this.

  Personal Comp(VNC Server)192.168.1.###

  Router-216.78.218.###

  DSL Modem

  Internet

  Office Server

  Office Router

  Office Computer(VNC Viewer)

I have port forwarding on the router to send TCP requests on 5900 and
5800 to my personal computers IP address. I can ping my personal
computer and telnet on 216.78.218.###:5800, but i can never seem to
connect using the VNC viewer. What am I doing wrong???

  Thanks, B-Rock
