How to lock/hide the display being accessed

How do I lock the display so that no one at the office see's what I'm doing?
I'm running the free version of VNC 4.1 for Windows
The server is a win 2000 pro pc with auto log on.
Whe I access it from home (via XP) the display is not being locked at the 
office.
