In short, no, you can't do this with VNC. VNC currently only offers a way to control operating systems with a GUI. Is it the DOS box that is on the dialup connection? Have you looked into NetOp? http://www.richmondsys.co.uk/richmondsystems/products/netop/remotecontro l/dos/home.htm
