Hi I hope someone can help. I have installed VNC ver 4.00 on a machine and set the Java server to port 50090 I have set port forwarding on the router to the machine. When I try to log on remotely from the internet I get the first VNC page and the login box. When I type in the password the login fails.
If I place the machine in the DMZ then it works fine. It seems there maybe another port used in authentication process. Does anyone know what to do to resolve this.
