A few things, Windows XP Service Pack 2 - check your firewall settings (on one computer it seems to be right) Anti-Virus/Anti-Worm/Software Firewall/Hardware Firewall - Basically winvnc4.exe needs access, it listens on port 5900 if you need to know more than try search above check under Access Control on the connections tab in the server.
