I don't know about *BSD, but under Linux, you need to have a ~/.vnc/xstartup file that looks something like this:
#!/bin/sh # Red Hat Linux VNC session startup script exec /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc I suspect there is similar verbage in *BSD. The last time i got this was on linux years ago, and it was fixable, but so far nothing has worked in this case. This is FBSD 4.10 so its slightly different .. KDM is running fine, and i can connect via Xclients with out a problem. vncserver from the command line also works great, including the Java client.. but i really want a KDM based Xvnc.. Any ideas would be appreciated.. _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
