"Connection with vncviewer works without problems, but I can't connect with a browser. I tested IE 6, Netscape 7, Opera and Firefox. I also get the newest Java and installed on both PC.
I'm using Ports 5900 and 5800 and tried to open http:// 192.168.0.4:5800. Oh and of course I'm using version 4. I hope someone can help me. nuely" Jens, I'm having exactly the same problem and the config is very similar (except I'm using SP2) - see last post "Can't access VNC via Browser" from me yesterday for a summary - Angelo Sarto is helping and trying to get to the bottom of it but still not sorted. I can connect Laptop to PC (VNC in Service Mode) via IE6 but I can't the other way Like you the display option works with both Service and User modes both ways.
