I have a gaming server that uses vnc for direct access. It recently crashed, and since then whenever I try to access it via VNC I get the following error message: "The Login User Interface DLL dxguid.dll failed to load. Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL or to restore the original DLL." That pops up in a little box in the remote window, and I cannot get any further. I've looked high and low for answers to this, but am unable to find any info about this error message. Would simply re-installing VNC solve the issue? Or is there any other way around it, so that I might be able to remotely access the server again?
