Tricia Let me preface this with, this is for version 4.0.
When starting up the VNC viewer click on the options button. Then click on the inputs tab. Make sure that the option "Accept clipboard changes from server" is checked. Then click OK and logon to the VNC server. Now when you highlight text on the server it is automatically sent to the client and you should be able to do a paste. Hope this helps.
