I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but you need to
do a port forward on your router.

if you want to get at both from outside then you need to set up
forwards like so.

router: 5900 -> pc1.ip.addy :5900
router:5900 -> pc2.ipaddy:5900

if your router doesnt support this then you need to change the port
vnc listens on and do this:

router:5900 -> pc1.ip.addy :5900
router:5901 -> pc2.ipaddy :5901

you can configure the port in vnc 4 using the tray icon -> options.
