You need to disable the firewall in Windows or configure it to allow the
TCP port 5900 through.

Subject: windows xp sp2

I just downloaded sp2 for windows xp on both my local and remote
machines. When I try to connect from my remote machine, I get "Failed to
connect to server". This was not happening before the "upgrade". I have
made no changes in the vnc config.

Thanks.
