Hi Everyone, Please Help
I want set up VNC Server on Windows 2000 Server, 2 Windows XP Home.
The machines are connected to the Internet via DSL connection with an SMC BroadBand
Router.
The SMC Broadband Router works as a DHCP server for the Internal computers on the
network. The SMC Broadband Router is configured with the Static IP, Gateway and DNS
assigned by the DSL ISP.
The Windows 2000 Server is configured by a static IP from the SMC Broadband Router
Range. The Windows 2000 Server is also configured as a virtual server with this
static IP on the SMC Broabband Router.
Now, I want to add two more workstations to be accessed remotely just like the Windows
2000 Server.
I can access the server with the VNC Viewer, using the Static IP assigned by the DSL
provider (configured on the SMC Broadband Router) and the port number I specified on
the VNC Server.
I tired to do the same with the other workstations: 1. I assigned static IPs from the
SMC Broadband Router DHCP range to the workstations added the IP addresses to the
Virtual Server section on the SMC Broadband Router (Using its web interface).
Is this correct???
Please, please help. This is for a school.

Khaled
Thank you in advance
