Can the viewer print to his workstation, if so how?
The display of the viewer can be printed at the viewer side printers. Use the print-screen function of the viewer-side os.
The system running inside the viewer prints at the server side printers.
vnc only handles keyboard, display and mouse actions. Hence no printers.
There are various other protocols suited for the printing job.
