I've just spotted the word "daemon". I'm afraid you've mixed up viewer and listening viewer. Look at your system tray, do you already have a listening viewer there? Look careful the letter V, it's red instead of green. It's the listening viewer's icon.
Look and read carefully icons' names inside VNC folder. One is "Run VNC viewer" whereas the other is "Run listening VNC viewer". > -----Message d'origine----- > De : sridhar [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Envoyi : mercredi 19 mai 2004 14:53 > @ : [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Objet : VNC error > > Hi, > > I am accessing my machine remotely i am gettting the following error > > unable to bind VNC Daemon message, is another VNC viewer running?" message, I have > checked in the task manager and there are no apparent VNC viewers running. > > Please hel[ me in this > > Thanks > > Yahoo!
