Arno:
You can certainly do this. Check out the documentation:
http://www.realvnc.com/winvnc.html#11
Specifically, check out the section ADVANCED SETTINGS and the
registry key "QuerySetting".

Subject: How to customize user agree to remote access
Hello VNC-Support!
We evaluate VNC for use in our company.
Please can you give us an answer to the following question:
When VNC-Viewer try to connect a client where VNC-Server is running, is
there any possibility to customize, that the user of the client has to
allow
the remote access (f.E. via Pop-Up)?
Background: The administrator takes control over the client and get the
application rights of the user. So we have a policy, that the user must
agree.
Is this possible with VNC?
