Subject: Setting up VNC

I'm setting up VNC on my home network , on a machine that is running
Professional 2000 , and wish to access it from outside the office. I set
my Linksys router to access port 5900, disabled the firewall, setup port
forwarding to enable access to port 5900-5901, from the internal LAN IP
address to the host machine. And also enabled port 5800-5801 on the
internal LAN IP.

I installed dynamic software program and can see the external IP
address, my IP is setup dynamically. I loaded Kaboodle and can access
the machines fine internally, but with no success accessing them from
outside the office. When I try to connect I receive: "unable to connect
to host refused" (10061) I am running WINVNC 3.3.7 and have uninstalled
and reinstalled the program - no luck. I then installed Ultra VNC also
without any luck.

Need some help troubleshooting.
