Well, without knowing what you're really hacking, my simple advice to you will
be
Leave VNC service alone! Don't hack it!

Hello,
Windows automatically starts Real VNC, we have some scripts that do several reg. hacks
and start or stop certain applications. The scripts check to see if installed, if
installed the scripts are to disable remote support and that is when we get the error
message "WinVNC already registered". If you need anymore information just let me know.
Thanks,
Rob

You have to tell us what exactly you're doing when your system has started.
Do you go to Start menu and do
RealVNC > VNC Server > Register VNC Server Service
all the time?
