John:

Okay, well the VNC Viewer (from my work PC) still cannot connect to my home PC.

I am at home....and I have the Router Admin program open.

I have specified an IP Address range and port range that can connect to my home PC,
but still no luck connecting.

The same address that VNC Viewer cannot connect to....I can ping that address from my
work PC just fine.

Yeah. VNC to work. Then run a viewer on the work computer to VNC (or
attempt) back to yourself.
